Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are determined by your shipping destination, the weight of the package, the quantity of your medicines, and the types of products you order.
Delivery Timeframes
- United States: 2-3 weeks
- All other countries: 3-4 weeks (depending on your location and shipping factors)
Orders are shipped worldwide so that customers can receive their medicines at their desired location. Please note that delivery speed can be influenced by customs checks, postal delays in your destination country, transit times, and holiday schedules. These delays are unavoidable, and you should be aware that deliveries may take longer than anticipated. We cannot be held responsible for delays.
Order Dispatch
We prepare orders for shipment only after customer details have been verified and payment has been successfully completed, in line with our Payment Policy.
We will verify your order, pack it securely, and ship it within 48 hours after generating the invoice. Typically, invoices are created within 12 hours of payment receipt. You should receive an email containing tracking details within 48 hours of shipment.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your orders are shipped, you will receive an email with important delivery information and the tracking number. Once your order has shipped out, you will be able to track your package with the provided tracking number. The tracking information should take up to 48 hours to become visible in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions
The majority of orders arrive without any problems from customs, but there are occasions where packages can be held up, depending on your local customs regulations. We cannot be held responsible for the tracking number to track your customs clearance process, additional fees, confiscation, or holds placed on your package by authorities. If this occurs, we will not be able to offer you a reshipment or refund under our Returns Policy.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact our support team if you receive an order that is damaged or incomplete, or that does not match its description. We will look into what went wrong and work to rectify the situation. We may send you a replacement shipment for eligible cases following our Returns Policy.
Discreet Packaging
Your medication will arrive inside packaging that conceals what it contains and remains unmarked. The packaging shows no logos or any indications about what is inside the parcel.
